Summer can be one of the busiest times of the year and with holidays, long weekends, and sunshine (hopefully), keeping your orders flowing smoothly is key. eazle gives you all the tools you need to stay stocked up, even when you are away from the bar.
Summer Ordering Made Simple
Plan Ahead with Scheduled Orders
You can schedule your orders up to three weeks in advance, ensuring you are covered right through the summer. Build your basket as normal and at the ‘Checkout’ Scroll down to the ‘Scheduled HEINEKEN delivery date’ field and tap on the arrow to see a drop down showing your next three scheduled delivery dates.
Select the date you want then click ‘Done’ and ‘Continue’ to proceed with order. If you want to create multiple future orders for your outlet, repeat the process above and in the 'HEINEKEN Scheduled Delivery Date' field enter the next date you want to order for and submit as normal. You will receive order confirmation emails from eazle for all the dates you entered orders for.
Set them now, relax later.
Let Your Team Place Orders
Heading off on holiday? No problem. You can grant ordering access to trusted staff, so they can place orders on your behalf while you’re away. Click on the menu and select Staff Access. You can create a new user and follow the steps or you can update an existing user to have Ordering access.
