TERMS & CONDITIONS – Heineken20 Voucher Promotion

1. Eligibility

a. The Promoter is Heineken Ireland Limited (“HIL”) trading at Ladyswell Brewery, Leitrim Street, Cork (“The Promoter”). b. You must be over 18 years of age and a customer of the Promoter to be able to validate the code “Heineken20” (“The Code”) at the Heineken Merchandise Shop and therefore participate in the promotion (“The Promotion”). c. By entering the Promotion, you will be deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions of the Promotion. d. Only customers who have completed a purchase via the eazle app between 1st January 2025 at 12:01am and 13th October 2025 at 11:59pm are eligible to validate the Code.

2. Promotional Period

The Promotion is running from 12:01am on 13th October 2025 to 11:59pm on 7th November 2025 in the Republic of Ireland.

3. How to Redeem

To redeem the Promotion, eligible customers must:

  1. Visit the Heineken Merchandise Shop via the eazle app.
  2. Browse and select any items.
  3. Apply the unique Code “Heineken20” at checkout to receive a 20% discount.
  4. Only valid entries during the Promotional Period will be eligible to redeem the Code.

4. General Terms

• The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. • The code “Heineken20” provides a 20% discount on the final order total when applied at checkout. • If the code is not used during the order process, it cannot be redeemed retrospectively and no partial refund or credit will be issued. • The voucher may be reused by the same customer for multiple purchases, provided all redemptions occur within the promotional period. • Sharing the voucher code with ineligible individuals is strictly prohibited. All redemptions will be monitored, and only orders from a pre-approved group of customers will be honoured. • The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility, including proof of age and prior purchase via the eazle app. • Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion. • The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, vary, cancel or modify the Promotion and/or the Terms and Conditions at any time. • The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by Irish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. • Heineken promotes responsible drinking.
